211. Anas bin Malik رضي الله عنه berkata, "Rasulullah صلی الله عليه وسلم bersabda, 'Aku diperintahkan untuk memerangi manusia sehingga mereka menyatakan, 'Tidak ada tuhan kecuali Allah.' Apabila mereka sudah menyatakan demikian dan melakukan shalat seperti shalat kita, menghadap kiblat kita, dan menyembelih sembelihan seperti cara kita menyembelih, diharamkan atas kita darah dan harta mereka, kecuali dengan haknya, dan hisabnya terserah kepada Allah.'" (Dalam satu riwayat: "Maka ia adalah orang muslim yang mempunyai jaminan dari Allah dan Rasul Nya.")
(Dalam suatu riwayat mu'allaq dari Humaid: Maimun bin Siyah bertanya kepada Anas bin Malik, "Wahai ayah Hamzah, apakah yang menjadikan haramnya darah dan harta seseorang (untuk diambil)?" Anas menjawab, "Barangsiapa yang bersaksi bahwa tidak ada tuhan kecuali Allah, menghadap kiblat seperti kiblat kita, mengerjakan shalat seperti shalat kita, dan memakan sembelihan kita, dia adalah muslim, dia mempunyai hak sebagaimana orang muslim, dan mempunyai kewajiban sebagaimana orang muslim.")

Bab 28: Keutamaan Shalat Menghadap Kiblat
Hendaklah seseorang menghadapkan pula jari-jari kakinya ke kiblat. Demikian dikatakan oleh Abu Humaid dari Nabi Muhammad صلی الله عليه وسلم[28]211. Anas bin Malik رضي الله عنه berkata, "Rasulullah صلی الله عليه وسلم bersabda, 'Aku diperintahkan untuk memerangi manusia sehingga mereka menyatakan, 'Tidak ada tuhan kecuali Allah.' Apabila mereka sudah menyatakan demikian dan melakukan shalat seperti shalat kita, menghadap kiblat kita, dan menyembelih sembelihan seperti cara kita menyembelih, diharamkan atas kita darah dan harta mereka, kecuali dengan haknya, dan hisabnya terserah kepada Allah.'"
